Drive-by finds

Can't drive by a yard sale without stopping to take a look.  This sale was a block from my house.

Found a book of silver hallmarks, hand painted Minton china tray, and a Austrian Saxe porcelain plate with a hand painted and gilded armorial.  $18 for everything.

Tip:  If you're serious about collecting something buy as many books on the topic as you can.  Especially books that decider hallmarks (maker names, symbols, and date codes).
